On the 16th August I will be running a 5k. I’ll be running in memory of my close friend Amy. I have spoke with Amy’s mum to see what charity she would like to raise money for and we’ve decided on British heart foundation. I will be running around Chepstow racecourse which holds Balter memories with Amy and our friends. Any money donated would be appreciated
