In Loving Memory of Amparo Chavez Jr.

On October 2, 2025, our Robson Ranch Golf and HOA Maintenance family suffered an unimaginable loss. Amparo Chavez Jr., a beloved teammate and friend, was tragically taken from us in a car accident just a half mile from our maintenance facility on his way to work. He was only 25 years old.

Amparo had been a valued member of our team for four years. In that time, he became more than a coworker — he was a friend to all, known for his kindness, dedication, and uplifting spirit. His sudden passing has left a deep void in our hearts and in our community.

His step-father, Rene Eusebio, is also a respected member of our team and serves as the HOA/Common Area Superintendent here at Robson Ranch. Our hearts are with Rene and his entire family during this devastating time.

We are reaching out to our community to offer support to the Eusebio family during this time of grief. All contributions, no matter the size, will go directly to the family to help ease the burden of unexpected expenses and allow them space to mourn and heal.
