It is with a heavy heart we share that on July 6, we said goodbye to the fierce spirit of Amanda Fitzgerald.
Amanda spent a lifetime exuding curiosity, compassion, and telling stories that lasted twice as long as they should have. She gave her whole self to advocate for those around her, especially those whose voices were often ignored. She created prolifically and with abandon. She didn't shy away from speaking her truth authentically and loudly in a world that didn't always want to hear it. She shared her love and knowledge with no prejudice and she made the world a better place.
In this time, we are grieving, and processing, and worst of all dealing with the mundane logistics that come with tragedy. Please consider donating if you have anything to share. If you are unable to donate, please create something for yourself or a loved one. Speak out against racism and misogyny. Fight for uncensored art. Be relentlessly authentic.
