In Memory of Alyssa Lucille Peterson

Donation protected
The world has lost a loving daughter, sister, niece, granddaughter, cousin, teammate, and friend. Alyssa Lucille Peterson, the daughter of John and Stella Peterson, passed away suddenly on Nov. 2. She was 13.

An honor student, avid soccer player, and skier, Alyssa was an 8th grader at Oberon Middle School in Arvada. Her friends, family, and teammates will miss her kindness, curiosity, and generous spirit. Alyssa was a lover of adventure and enjoyed seeing the world through the lens of a camera. She made it a point to capture moments and make memories – most often alongside her 10-year-old sister, Emily.

Funeral services for Alyssa will be at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary, (7777 W. 29th Ave., Wheat Ridge, CO 80033) this Wednesday, Nov. 6, at 10am. A reception will follow.

We ask for your support to help the Peterson family cover the cost of the funeral services and reception; anything beyond that will go in the form of a donation to the Second Wind Fund, a suicide prevention organization that aims to match youth at-risk for suicide with licensed therapists in their communities.

Thank you for honoring Alyssa and the memory of her life, which means so much to so many.
