We post this with a broken heart.

“Saturday morning, my sister’s partner Alix Johnson died by suicide. Alix was a truly wonderful person who impacted everyone they came in contact with. Spending time in St. Louis, I’ve been fortunate to meet some of the people who Alix helped, counseled, and impacted. Alix had the biggest heart, the most wonderful smile, and a truly beautiful soul. Alix left every person they encountered better for having know them. I am so sad for my sister Amy, and my niece Jude. I'm sad for my children who don't get to spend more time with Alix. I'm heartbroken that we won't get to spend more time with this person who meant so much to us.”
