Hi, my name is Robert, and I am hoping to raise funds to support Alina’s family during the most heartbreaking time imaginable, following the sudden and tragic loss of their beautiful daughter.

Alina was Penny’s best friend and, over time, truly became part of our family too. Most evenings, Penny and Alina would be on calls together laughing, chatting and supporting one another. Hearing them laughing from downstairs always brought a smile to both mine and Kay’s faces.

Alina was kind, caring and incredibly loyal. She was the sort of friend every parent would wish for their child — always there for Penny, always bringing happiness, comfort and support without ever asking for anything in return. She had a wonderful heart and touched so many lives around her.

No family should ever have to face the pain of losing a child, and alongside the unimaginable emotional heartbreak come many unexpected pressures and costs at an already devastating time. I would love for us, as a community, to come together and help ease some of that burden for Alina’s family, allowing them the space and support to grieve without additional worry.
