Aloha friends and family of Alicia,

My name is Amy, and I am setting up this GoFundMe on behalf of Alicia's son, Geoff Cogle, for cremation, final expenses and financial assistance through this heartbreaking time. Geoff would love to be able to raise enough to fulfill her wishes to bring her ashes back to be spread in her beloved Hawai’i.

I first met Alica & Norma years ago in the paddling world; they were both passionate about the ocean, and her love for Norma and their life in Hawai’i was infinite. We maintained our friendship over the years with many dinners and laughs as their bartender at their beloved Seafood Bar in Kawaihae. Alicia embodied love, laughter and zest for life! All who knew her loved her dearly. Alicia was proud of being the Director at Stepping Stones and helping to make a difference in people's lives no matter where she went. She loved to tell stories of her time living in New York working as a talent agent, and had a deep love for the arts, as well as arts and crafts and anything with glitter--sparkly, just like the twinkle that she always had in her eyes. Many of you probably have a stunning silk scarf that she created; I will forever cherish mine.

She will always be remembered for her quick wit, warm laugh and sweet smile.
