Hi my name is Kim and last October, our lives changed forever when we lost our twin boys. In the midst of that devastating heartbreak, we realized how precious every single second spent with them truly was.

When a family loses a baby, time becomes the most valuable thing in the world. A CuddleCot is a specialized cooling system that allows grieving parents to stay with their baby in their hospital room or at home , rather than the baby being taken to a morgue. It provides the "gift of time"—time to cuddle, time to take photos, and time to say a proper goodbye.

Many hospitals do not have enough of these units, or any at all. We want to turn our pain into a purpose by donating a CuddleCot to Wexford General Hospital in memory of our sons. Our goal is to ensure that no family in our community has to rush their goodbyes.

We are hoping to raise €5000 to purchase a CuddleCot and cover some of the costs of servicing it . Any funds raised beyond this goal will be donated to Féileacáin to support their incredible work with bereaved parents.
