In Memory of Alex Twigger

Recently, we lost a close friend to suicide.

This fundraiser is a tribute to Alex Twigger. All donations will go towards the men's mental heath charity, "ManUp?". We are trying to raise as much money as possible, so any donations would be greatly appreciated.

Below are some words on what Twig meant to us:

From James:

“Twig was one of my best friends from the age of 12. A selfless man, he helped me through some of the toughest moments in my life. He was always going out of his way to make others smile. He was truly a blessing. Words can’t describe how tragic it is to have lost him, and I hope this fundraiser can go towards helping other young men overcome the challenges they face with their mental health. I will forever miss his sense of humour, his laugh and his smile. I will forever miss everything about him. I love you always Twig.”

From Jordan:

“Alex Twigger, known to most people as Twig, was a kind, caring and loving person. I knew Twig since the age of 12 when he moved to school. I remember his baggy Arsenal shirts, his beaming smile, his incredibly creative mind, his funny sense of humour. He grew to be one of my closest friends, and someone that I could confide in. I can’t believe what has happened and will forever miss my friend, Al. I hope that this fundraiser helps, in any way, to spread awareness and the importance of Men’s Mental Health and need to speak up when things are tough. Also, for people to think of Twig and the happy memories that they had with him.”
