In memory of Alahna Jolie Smith

I am Electra Branch, and I am deeply saddened to report that our beautiful daughter, Alahna, tragically passed in a car crash in Atlanta on Sunday, September 4, 2022. Our family is devastated. I am the mother of Alahna, an amazing young woman, daughter, granddaughter, cousin, niece, friend and the most incredible sister. She was loved by many, and our family asks for your prayers as we grieve this tremendous loss.

I live in and raised Alahna in southern Maryland. She was 22 years old and a Georgia Institute of Technology student. She worked hard and played hard, and loved her family more than anything. She was talented, intelligent, driven, and loving. She played basketball, lacrosse, and was a cheerleader and a dancer. Alahna's dream of becoming an engineer drew her to Georgia Tech, and she loved being in Atlanta. She is gone way too soon.

The family would be grateful for any assistance with funeral costs and a homegoing service for Alahna to memorialize her properly. Any donated funds will go directly to bringing her home to Maryland, her service, and her final resting place expenses. Thank you in advance for your loving kindness.
