Abigail, at the age of 62, left us with countless memories and a legacy of love and laughter. Born and raised with a spirit of adventure, she pursued her dreams with unwavering determination. She was not only a devoted mother to,Sarah, Rachel, and Elizabeth, but she was also an accomplished professional, a dedicated community member, and a cherished friend to many.
Abigail's (Abby's) journey in education saw her earn a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's in Public Affairs from the University of Southern California, along with an Associate's degree in the Arts from Long Beach City College. Her professional achievements were numerous, earning her accolades like the President's Award in Digital Marketing and the Congressional Gold Award. Her career spanned roles in Public Affairs at Coca-Cola, personnel analysis at Xerox, and a successful real estate career with Berkshire Hathaway and Home Smart Realty Group.
Her legacy is one of warmth and generosity. She was a past president of multiple charitable organizations, including the Associated Guild at Miller Children's Hospital and the Long Beach City College Foundation-Athletics Association. Her commitment to giving back to the community was profound, and her contributions will be felt for generations.
Despite her professional and community successes, Abigail always said her greatest accomplishments were her daughters. She lived to ensure they were loved and cared for, and she was immensely proud of them. Her love was steadfast, and her dedication to family was unparalleled.
Abigail, You will be forever missed, but your spirit lives on in each of us!
Any contribution, no matter the amount, will make a difference in helping Sarah, Rachel and Elizabeth be able to honor their Mother, and lay her to rest. If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser with others who may be able to help.
