We are heartbroken to share the sudden passing of Aaron Kinser, a beloved husband, colleague, and friend. Aaron served as a forecaster for the Center Weather Service Unit (CWSU) at the Jacksonville Air Traffic Control Center, where he was a steady and trusted presence. His expertise, professionalism, and calm approach supported the safety of countless flights and the people who depend on them every day.

Aaron passed away unexpectedly while on vacation with his wife. What was meant to be a time of rest and shared memories became an unimaginable loss. In addition to grieving, his wife is now faced with the overwhelming responsibility of coordinating the complex and costly process of bringing Aaron home to the United States through Denmark.
