In Memory of Aaron Giles: Fight for Safer Gun Laws

Aaron Giles, husband and father of 9 was out one evening delivering food and was fatally shot in a horrible case of mistaken identity. The apartment complex he delivered to, had a history of violence and crime, and Aaron, unfortunately, was in the wrong place at the wrong time. This horrible tragedy not only affected an entire family forever, but also became another example of the dangers of gun violence and the destruction it leaves behind. This platform is not only about raising money for funeral expenses and helping the family he left, start to heal and restructure their lives, but to start a conversation and raise awareness for the ongoing gun problem we have in this country. Aaron was a man of few words, but a man of even greater strength and love. We will continue to make sure his name lives on through his children, wife, family, and our actions to reform the gun regulations in this country, so other families don't have to experience this tragedy.
