It is with deep heartbreak that our family shares the passing of Darryl “DJ” Carrington.

DJ was loved in so many ways, as a son, brother, cousin, grandson, and friend. He had a presence that will never be forgotten, and a place in our hearts that can never be replaced.

He was also a soon-to-be father, preparing to welcome his baby boy into the world. The reality that his son will grow up without him is a pain our family is still trying to process.

As we grieve this devastating loss, we are also facing the unexpected burden of funeral and memorial expenses. We want to lay DJ to rest with the love, dignity, and peace he deserves.
