Yesterday, our world changed forever. My mother unexpectedly passed away from a heart attack. We truly believed she was going to make a full recovery, so this loss has shaken us to our core.

My mom was more than just a mother — she was a giver, a light, and a source of comfort to everyone she met. She showed up for people in ways big and small, always putting others before herself. Her love was warm, selfless, and constant.

Last year, she endured the heartbreaking loss of her daughter — my sister. That pain never left her, and while our hearts are shattered here on earth, we find a small sense of peace believing she is now reunited with her daughter again.
