On February 13, at 4:00pm my princess passed away from hypo-plastic left heat syndrome. my heart is broken into millions of pieces. She has struggled for many years with high pressure in her lungs which required her to need oxygen and through it all she kept a smile on her beautiful face. Through it all she never gave up and kept going as much as she could, she was so full of life.
