In Memory of a Beloved Mother: Support Needed
Donation protected
My mother had a long 5-year battle with cancer, starting with stage 4 throat cancer, which required a laryngectomy and six weeks of radiation. She was then cancer-free for almost 3 years. This past year, she found out she had stage 4 lung cancer and underwent 6 weeks of radiation again. The cancer progressed so fast and continued to spread through the rest of her body aggressively. After a lot of hospital stays and tremendous pain, she agreed to go on hospice on August 29 and passed in her daughter's home on Sept 14. She was cared for by her oldest and youngest daughter. Her husband never left her side. She was also surrounded by her children, grandchildren, sister, nieces, and friends through the 17 days she was home. She was truly loved and will be missed by all. Please consider donating to help cover the cremation services for our mom, as we navigate this difficult time of loss and remembrance.
