On the streets of Nepal, during the GenZ protest, 51 brave souls made the ultimate sacrifice. They stood for justice, truth, and a better tomorrow. Their courage shook a nation, and their memory deserves more than silence — it deserves a living tribute.
We believe that the best way to honor their legacy is not only in words, but in action that benefits generations to come.
That’s why we are launching this campaign:
51 Dustbins to keep our towns and cities cleaner.
51 Trees to give shade, oxygen, and hope for a brighter tomorrow.
Each dustbin and each tree will stand as a symbol of one precious life lost — a reminder that their sacrifice will continue to inspire progress, responsibility, and unity.
My name is Kamal Khadka, I am originally from Nepal and currently a permanent resident of the United States. The GenZ protest in Nepal deeply touched me, as it did millions of Nepali youths around the world.
This fundraiser is my small effort to honor the 51 brave souls who lost their lives during the movement. With your support, I will be placing 51 dustbins in public spaces and planting 51 trees as a living tribute to their sacrifice.
I want to assure every donor that:
• I will be fully transparent about how every rupee and dollar is spent.
• I will share receipts, photos, and updates regularly on this page.
• All funds will go directly toward this project — none will be used for personal expenses.
This is not just my project — it belongs to the memory of the 51 martyrs, and to all of us who believe in a cleaner, greener, and better Nepal.
Thank you for trusting me and for joining hands in keeping their legacy alive.
