In Memory of Tabitha

My Tabitha Conde-Chan passed away January 26th at home in Garland, Tx.

She he was born on October 16th. She was an amazing, strong, beautiful, and loving soul.

We are all sad, grieving, and in total disbelief, and will never understand why she has been taken from us so soon, but we should all remember that she is in a better place now.

We have created this gofundme account to help with the financing of, and for the celebration of her wonderful, yet too short life.

We will provide details as soon as we can financially meet our objective, and along the way, and hope that all of you can help us make this happen.
