In memory Joshua Meldrum

Hi i am Steven, i am fund raising to help fly my cousin home to his family in Australia and raise money for CALM in memory of my cousin Josh. On the 24th August 2021 we received the devastating new that Josh had lost his battle with his mental health,this was such a shock to all of his friends and family.Josh had struggled with his mental health for a few years but he always appeared to be a happy bubbly person we all knew him as. Josh was from Australia but he came to England to follow his dream's to go to university to make a career in Civil Engineering which he completed and went on to have the career he dreamed of. In Australia he coached Netball and American Football,he enjoyed his time he spent doing this,when he moved to England he continued to coach in American Football and played for various teams in the uk.

Josh was a good kind caring young man who made a massive impact on many peoples lives through various sports as a friend but mostly as a family member and he will be missed by us all. I aim to raise money to help with the costs to fly josh home but also raise money for CALM in memory of josh because CALM help others who suffer with mental health issues and support families who have lost loved ones through suicide .
