In Memoriam of Megan Masaki

To our Friends and Family,

We are writing this to inform you all of the passing of Megan Masaki. Megan is survived by her Mother Becky Wilkerson, Father John Doan, Sister Stephanie Wilkerson, Brother Justin Doan, Husband Derrick Masaki and three children, Hailey (age 17), Jayden (age 11) and Kai (age 5). Megan was deeply loved by all that knew her and her passing has been unexpected and quick. God blessed us with additional days after her accident to say goodbye and have that time with her. Unfortunately, since Megan’s passing, their household will now become reliable on just one income. With her children being so young, we are starting this GoFundme to help facilitate and keep the lives of her three children as stable and stress free as we possibly can. Megan was a vibrant and carefree woman who spent majority of her time at the hospital working as a MRI technologist. When she was not there, she was spending time with her family who meant the world to her. Our hope is we honor, respect and remember Megan, who touched and enriched all of our lives in so many different ways through this page.

In Megan’s passing, a mother and father lost a daughter, a husband lost his wife, three children lost their mother, two siblings lost a sister and many lost a best friend. The last thing that should be on anyone’s mind through all of this is another burden such as financial stress, creating additional stress during this horrific time.
