On Wednesday, April 28th 2021, Alvin Hobbs suffered a fatal heart attack while driving home from work at the young age of 42. The tragedy has come as a complete shock to family and friends as he lived an active and healthy lifestyle.

Tragically Alvin leaves behind his wife Nicole and two sons, Lucas (age 12) and Sam (age 9). Alvin made a huge impact on so many people because he was always the one people could count on for absolutely anything, Alvin never said no if you needed his help. He was the “instigator” for everything that got family together, friends together for game nights, hunting/boating/camping trips together, the one to tease you when you needed to lighten up, the one to start a shaving cream fight to get family to connect on a new level, but mostly he was the one you could count on. His loss has devastated every person that was involved in these things he organized and helped with.

Alvin operated his own Welding Company “Chimpmunk Welding” for the last 9 years. He made many close friends and coworkers through work and they are also devastated by this tragedy.

His friends, family and coworkers have all been asking “How can we help?”, Nicole has a very large family and they both had a large group of friends that are all there to lean on for the emotional support they need right now. We have started this gofundme so all of you can help because we know you all want to. There is a trustfund being set up for Alvin’s boys and any funds collected here will be placed in their trustfund for their future, this is what we feel he would like the most for those of you desperate to do something… anything.

There will be a Celebration at a later date to honor Alvin, in no way would he want COVID restrictions to take away his party.
