In Memorial of Marcella Maez

On May 23rd we lost our beloved Marcella Maez unexpectedly. Her life touched so many people and it was no surprise to our family that she was loved by so many. Marcella was a gentle old soul who lit up any room she entered with humor and conversation. She had no problem making friends, and adored her big family. She left behind her parents Carol and Chris, brothers and sisters Adena, Carmen and Cristobal, numerous cousins, aunts and uncles, relatives, her boyfriend Carlos and her puppy Optimus Frankenstein and kitty Preciosa Monroe.

When we announced that Marcella had passed, we had an outpouring of support from our friends and family offering any assistance the family may need during this difficult time. This fundraiser is to offset the expenses of her passing, such as her burial, memorial, and other unforeseen expenses. The Maez family wants to provide an opportunity for those who loved Marcella to support her family and donate monetarily to offset these large expenses.

We appreciate all of Marcella’s friends and family and the outpouring of concern that came with her loss. She loved unconditionally and will live in our hearts forever.
