In Memorial of Babe Anne White

My sister, Babe Anne White, would have been 45 this coming January 23rd. It's been 20 years since she was taken from her children, parents, family, and friends.

 

Some of you knew Babe, some people that stumble upon this, may not have. She was a devoted mother, loving daughter, loyal friend, and an irritating sister. We love Babe and miss her every day.

 

For those of you who knew Babe, she suffered and was a victim of domestic violence for many years. So in her honor, we have decided to start up a GoFundMe and donate all the proceeds to the Genesis House in Lorain. They are the only Safe Harbor House in Lorain County, Ohio. The current Director there actually knew Babe very well & worked with her on many occasions.

 

It saddens us so much that they were not able to help Babe more. However, they do amazing work for other women and children, especially those in distress. I have posted a link to their website below if you are curious.

 

There have been a lot of domestic crimes committed these past few years. Mainly because people were more afraid of COVID, than they were of their abusers. And if we can help someone else out of their bad situation, then we should.

 

We are looking to raise a few thousand dollars for the Genesis House, in Babe's name. And would like to close it out in time for Babe's 45th Birthday on January 23rd, 2022. We would very much like to present this gift to Genesis House on her birthday.
