In loving memory of Zurangelly (Prieta) Marrero

Zurangelly (Prieta, como cariñosamente le llamábamos) tuvo su deceso en la mañana del 25 de septiembre a la temprana edad de 35 años. Ella batalló por años con una terrible enfermedad llamada hipertensión pulmonar. Incluso, se mudó a Philadelphia para poder recibir mejor atención medica ya que en Puerto Rico era muy difícil tratar su condición. Prieta retó los pronósticos médicos y pudo estar para ver sus hijos convertirse en adolescentes. Prieta era una mujer luchadora, con unos sentimientos hermosos y siempre estaba dispuesta a ayudar al prójimo.

Hoy pedimos su colaboración para cubrir los gastos fúnebres y poder trasladarla a Puerto Rico. El dinero restante se utilizara para apoyar económicamente a sus hijos Dayra (15) y Derek (17) quienes eran su todo.

Mi prima, Von Marie Rodriguez, es quien estará retirando el dinero donado y distribuyendolo a la familia para cubrir los gastos fúnebres.

Hi All,

My sister Zurangelly passed away at the age of 35 on September 25th. She was diagnosed with a condition called pulmonary hipertension and she fought like a warrior to be able to see her children grow. 

Anyone who knew her, knows she was always the first to be that supportive friend/family for anyone. Today my family and I ask for everyone’s help to send her home to Puerto Rico so our family can see her one last time. The remaining funds will be used to support her two kids, Dayra (15) and Derek (17) who meant the world to my sister.

My cousin, Von Marie Rodriguez, is the one that will withdraw the money from the account and will distribute it to the family to cover all the expenses.
