On Saturday, 15th November, 6am, our hearts are broken as we share the sudden passing of our beloved Yanika Casey, known to all of us simply as Yani, a beautiful daughter, step-daughter, sister, auntie, cousin and friend whose spirit touched every life she encountered.

Yani was full of life, strong-willed in the most endearing way, and loved deeply by everyone around her. She had a unique light, a joyful presence, and a strength that inspired those who knew her. Her laughter, her heart, and her unwavering spirit will be missed more than words can ever express.

Due to her special needs and ongoing health challenges, Yani did not have life insurance. As a family, we want nothing more than to honour her with the send-off she deserves, one that reflects her warmth, her strength, and the love she gave so freely.
