On Tuesday, February 5, 2019, Wendy was heading to her hometown of Kansas City to spend a few days with family and friends.  Her plans were to attend a Kelly Clarkson concert with her sisters and friends.  Sadly, she encountered an ice storm on her road trip home and was tragically killed in a car accident.  

Her sudden death has left a void in the hearts of all who know her.  Her smile was so contagious, it would leap from her face to others.  She will be missed terribly. 

Her family is making arrangements for burial services, and her final resting place will be Monterrey, Mexico to rest alongside her mother and two older brothers.  

At this time it is unknown how much costs the family will incur.  However, any assistance of any kind is greatly appreciated during this difficult time.  

Tania Campos, Wendy's sister will be the designated family member and will post updates about upcoming services.
