I’m loving memory of Walter Lee Harper lll a beloved son, brother, cousin, nephew, uncle and friend to many. Walter is survived but parents Ruby Sprowl & Walter Harper and siblings from both his mother and father. Walter was loved by everyone he came in contact with he was able to light up a room with his bubbly sense of humor and extraordinary laugh. Walters death was sudden and has come as a shock to us all. We are trying to quickly raise emergency funds for his cremation so we can bring him back home to California to rest. We greatly appreciate all donations and will keep you all updated with his services which will be set for a later date to include family from both California and Ohio.
