We are heartbroken to share the sudden and unexpected passing of my father, Victor Nuno, on April 3, 2026.
The world feels a little dimmer without him in it. His loss has shaken our family to the core and left an overwhelming emptiness in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved him.
Victor was, above all else, a devoted husband. For 40 beautiful years, he shared a love story with my mom, Rocio, that so many admired. If you knew him, you knew how deeply he loved her. He adored her, cared for her, and built his entire world around their life together. Their marriage was a true example of partnership, loyalty, and unconditional love.
He was also a proud and loving father to me and my brother, Victor Jr., dedicating his life to the family he built. Nothing mattered more to him than being present, supportive, and proud of us, as his children.
That love only grew when he became a grandfather. He was the kind of grandpa who never wanted to miss a football game, cheering from the sidelines as his grandson’s biggest fan, always present, always encouraging, always smiling. He enthusiastically loved picking lemons with his youngest grandson and never missing a daily FaceTime date.
He had a rare gift for making people feel like family. He mentored, supported, and cared for so many, often serving as a father figure, a trusted friend, and a steady source of strength. His kindness, generosity, and love left an undeniable mark on everyone he met, and his legacy will live on through the many lives he touched.
During this incredibly difficult time, we are asking for support to help with the unexpected expenses that come with such a sudden loss. Any contribution, no matter the amount, will help ease the burden as we navigate life without my father.
Most of all, we ask that you keep us in your thoughts and prayers.
Thank you for your love, support, and generosity.
With love and appreciation,
The Nuno Family
