In Loving Memory of Venkata Naga Prasad Dasari

We never expected a day would come where we had to create this fundraising for our dearest friend and colleague Prasad Dasari. Prasad was a friend, colleague and hardworking professional who was working in Tampa, Florida. He was diagnosed with yellow fever and was admitted to hospital. Post admitting to hospital, Prasad’s health got deteriorated and he was moved from normal recovery facility to ICU on June 14th 2021. While all his friends, family and colleagues prayed for Prasad’s recovery, his health condition further deteriorated within couple of days of moving him to ICU and eventually Prasad departed his soul to eternal world on June 16th 2021 around 10:30PM EST.
Prasad leaves behind his 3 immediate loving family members in U.S; Wife – Rajeswaramma Dasari (a.k.a Lalitha – 36 Years, homemaker); Elder Son - Chetan Dasari (13 Years Old) and Younger Son – Eswar Dasari (9 Years Old). With the sudden untimely passing away of Prasad, his family is devastated and they are grappling with this harsh reality as Prasad was the primary breadwinner for the family.
What Prasad’s family needs now is to mourn, find solace and peace amidst this turmoil. Nothing can replace his presence. But as friends, colleagues and well-wishers we have the opportunity to offer our financial support so that Prasad’s Wife and 2 Sons have one less thing to worry about.
Prasad’s family will be 100% beneficiary of this fundraiser. The donations will be used for supporting Prasad’s family and they will have total and direct access to these funds to use as they need them. This fund will help Prasad’s wife to take care of immediate needs and support kids education.

Prasad’s final Journey, cremation is scheduled for Sunday, June 27th at Anderson-McQueen Funeral Home, 7820 38th Avenue North, St Petersburg, FL, begginning at 1PM EST.
1:00– 2:00 PM Eastern Time: Gathering and Paying Homage
2:00 – 3:00 PM Eastern Time: Celebration of Life
3:00 – 4:30 PM Eastern Time: Service (Hindu Rituals) followed by Cremation
