We are starting this fundraiser in remembrance of Van Larimore, a man who was known and loved by everyone who met him. Van was a devoted husband and father, cared for deeply by Sue Larimore, Van Larimore Jr, Nathan Larimore, and Allissa Larimore. His sudden passing has left a profound void in our family, and we want to honor his memory in the way he wished.

On January 1st, 2026, Van went to the hospital with what seemed like just back pain. Our world was turned upside down when we learned he had aggressive stage 4 cancer. The illness progressed rapidly, shutting down his organs, and he passed away on January 15th at 5:20 pm. This tragic and unexpected loss has been incredibly hard on our family, especially our mom, who is now facing not only the grief of losing her husband but also the financial challenges that come with it.

Van wanted to be cremated and taken out behind the arch where we laid his dad, Don Larimore, to rest. We are hoping to raise enough to fulfill his final wishes and to help our mom keep her home and find some peace as she grieves.
