In Loving Memory of Valinda Ala’Chappelle

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved grandmother, Valinda Ala’Chappelle—a woman whose life was marked by deep faith, unwavering love, and a legacy of strength that touched everyone she met.

Valinda was truly one of a kind. She was well-traveled, wise beyond measure, and poured herself into the lives of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Her faith carried her through life’s hardships, and she was often a guiding light to those around her—offering compassion, counsel, and kindness when it was needed most.

As we grieve this tremendous loss, we are also working to give her the respectful and beautiful farewell she deserves. Unfortunately, the financial burden of funeral and memorial expenses has created additional stress during this difficult time. We are humbly asking for support from our friends, family, and extended community to help cover these costs and celebrate Valinda’s life in a way that honors her memory.
