It is with unimaginable heartbreak that we share the sudden and tragic passing of our best friend’s parents on New Year’s Eve.

While their daughter was deployed overseas serving in the U.S. Army, her parents were lovingly house-sitting for her when they both passed away unexpectedly. She received this devastating news while still overseas and is now returning home to face the unimaginable—laying both of her parents to rest.

Taken far too soon in their 50s and 60s, their loss has left a void that words cannot describe. No one should have to endure such profound grief, especially while serving their country and being so far from home when it happened.

We are raising funds to help ease financial burdens incurred from this tragic situation allowing her to focus on grieving, healing, and honoring her parents without the added stress of overwhelming costs.
