Troy was an avid artist and musician that brought his interests to life on the page, online, and on the piano. He loved playing music from the Kirby OST—his favorite game was Kirby, but his favorite character was King Dedede—and songs by Daft Punk. Other games he played and made art from included Halo, Destiny, Fortnite, Undertale, Deltarune, ENA: Dream BBQ, Splatoon, and Monster Hunter. You could often find him sitting outside and drawing. He was a huge Star Wars fan: Andor, plus all things Mandalorian, like Boba and Jango Fett. He was eagerly awaiting the next Spider-Verse film and wanted to see more from Transformers media like Transformers One. He watched Sinners earlier this year and loved the soundtrack. He liked anime and manga like Dr. Stone, Chainsaw Man, Frieren, Delicious in Dungeon, and Mob Psycho 100. He was a Denny’s regular and made it a tradition to go there to spend time with family. He loved going out to festivals like Foodie Fest and the Asian Lantern Festival, plus arcades like Round One.

This fundraiser aims to help the family with the incoming funeral and memorial expenses, including transportation, embalming, and cremation—the first step forward to healing from this tragedy.
