In Loving Memory of Thurman E. Spurlock: Thurman E. Spurlock was a proud retired Army Master Sergeant with over 20 years of service to his country. He spent most of his life in Bucyrus, Ohio, except for his time serving in the military. A devoted Christian, Thurman loved God, his family, and his country with all his heart. He was known for his generous spirit, always giving to those around him without hesitation. Thurman’s unwavering faith, dedication to his family and friends, and his zest for life touched the hearts of many.

Thurman had a deep love for locomotives and model trains, as well as a passion for sports, especially cheering on the Green Bay Packers and the Ohio State Buckeyes. His enthusiasm for life and his favorite teams brought joy to everyone who knew him.

Sadly, Thurman’s passing was unexpected, and the family now faces an overwhelming financial burden. The funeral and burial costs, which they believed were covered, are unfortunately not fully accounted for. As they strive to honor Thurman’s service with a proper military burial, they are reaching out to the community for support.
