Hello, my name is Nicole Puig and I am setting this fundraiser on behalf of my father, Thomas Puig.
On January 27, 2022 at 2:45 am, my dad left this world to be with God in heaven. My mother, siblings and I are devastated. My dad fought as hard as he could but God knew how tired he was. I find solace that my family and I were with my dad during his final moments in life.
Anyone who knew my dad knows that he had a heart of gold. He opened his arms to all. My dad was someone you could go to for anything and he would never ask for anything in return. He was so outgoing and friendly. He would always say “Everyone loves me.” He was right. My dad truly was the life of the party. You could always count on him for a good laugh or smile.
My family and I are overwhelmed with grief. My father was under the care of Loma Linda University Medical Center. The staff did everything they could for my dad. On top of medical bills, we have funeral expenses as well. My family and I would appreciate if you would consider donating towards these costs.
If my dad has touched your life in anyway, please share with us. Even if you didn’t know my dad on a personal level, maybe he reminds you of someone you do know that has impacted your life like my dad did for so many people.
