Earlier today, Theresa departed Earth.
Despite grim prognosis, scary diagnosis, and witnessing the fight to remain alive more painful than surrendering to all of our inevitable destinations, letting go of a mom, grandmother, friend, one of the “good ones” is never easy.
On behalf of Kristy, I kindly ask all of you who know her — even if you didn’t know Theresa, her mom, personally— to help out with anything as this is not only an emotional/mental/physical toll on the family but as well as a financial one.
Theresa’s last breath today has left one of my dearest persons alone to fend the gritty stuff; and Kris without his grandma.
Theresa’s spirit lives on through Kristy and Kris in my eyes and my heart’s eyes. Because of that, I would love if we all came together to honor Theresa & transmute the pain of loss into a worthy rite of passage as her soul continues on and her body is celebrated properly for the service it provided her while alive.
