Utility van for transfer of your loved one to the crematory

State filing fee

Notification of death to Social Security and assisting with veterans benefits

Memorial:

Use of facilities and /or staff for memorial service $795.00

Use of parking lot $250.00

Use of Friendship room (includes coffee service). $250.00
