Hi, my name is Heather, and I'm creating this fundraiser in loving memory of my dear friend Tara Yates.

Tara was warm-hearted, funny, genuine, helpful, and compassionate - a dedicated coworker and even better friend. She brought so much light into the lives of everyone that knew her, and her loss has left a hole that can never be filled. Tara was an exceptional mom to her two boys. Harper and Grayson were her world! She loved watching them play soccer, football, basketball, and archery. Tara didn’t miss an event her boys were involved in. On her day off she did fun outings and activities with Harper and Grayson including going to the movies, bowling, and putt-putt golf to spend quality time with them.

Tara's full time job was at Nelnet as an Analyst. She also worked part-time jobs at the YMCA, Amazon, and picked up other odd jobs to support her boys’ interests and activities. Her love for them showed in everything she did.

I am raising funds to help Tara’s family with funeral expenses and to provide support for Harper and Grayson during this incredibly difficult time.
