On March 24th, just before 3 pm, sweet and precious Liliana went home to be with our Heavenly Father. She passed peacefully in Alexis' arms, surrounded by so much love from family and close friends. In that moment, she was at peace.

Our hearts are deeply broken for her family, but we find comfort in knowing Liliana is now healed, whole, and held in the loving arms of our Heavenly Father. She will always be their beautiful girl, and her love and light will live on in all of our hearts forever.
