Hello, I started this GoFundMe for anyone wanting to help out Cheyenne and Dustin Polk with anything, as this is a difficult time for them and their family. The Lord has called their sweet, precious baby girl home. She fought long and hard; her journey was incredible. She’s truly such a strong, brave baby girl. She was a survivor.

As some of y'all know her situation, God has been by her side her whole life. We’re thankful for the time she was here on Earth.

During this time, any funds raised will go to them to help with anything they need, such as funeral expenses, food, bills, etc.
