Just one week after his 31st birthday, Steven Moreno tragically left us on Saturday May 30, 2020 as the result of a heart attack.
The untimely and sudden passing of Steven has left his family and friends in shock, a jarring detour from the bright and promising future Steven had ahead of him.
Steven will be missed not only by his family and friends, but by all who worked with him at Qdoba. He welcomed everybody with a kind smile and took the time to get to know many of us in the short time we had with him. Assisting others was in his DNA, always eager to lend a helping hand. It’s with no surprise that he was doing just that, helping a friend with a project over the weekend, when his heart gave out. I know we will all miss his kind heart, quirky humor and untiring desire to help others.
Steven’s sudden loss reminds us to cherish time with our loved ones and to provide support in times of need. In these unique times we are in, we aren't sure if the family will be able to hold a memorial service. In lieu of flowers and in memory of our friend, we have created this page to help support the needs of Steven’s family during this heartbreaking time.
