It is with heavy hearts that our beloved Steve passed away on July 31, 2018. It was sudden and unexpected. We are all in a great deal of shock as we try to absorb this new reality. Steve leaves behind the love of his life and two young boys. The death of a loved one is always hard. The passing of a loved one under 40 with a young family is heartbreaking.
Steve was an amazing husband, father, brother, and friend. The support that is pouring in is amazing. We cannot express how thankful we are that Steve meant so much to so many people. With each encounter, we hear of what a great person he was and how many lives he impacted through his friendships and career.
We've also had many requests for where to send support, flowers, and cards. In lieu of these items, we are collecting funds for his family (his wife and two young boys) to help with funeral expenses and other life expenses as they manage this transition. Any additional funds will be put towards taking care of the boys.
His sister, Sarah, will be managing all questions about this Gofundme. All funds will be provided directly to Steve's wife and boys.
