Dear Mom,

These past few years your heath struggles were many but you faced them head on. From quadruple bypass, debilitating diabetes and a broken leg but none of that stopped you from being the best mom, grandmother and wife. You were brave and courageous and endured the unthinkable and still showed up for us with smiles and laughter.

You have entered eternal life, and this has left me heartbroken.

Now we’re left wondering if we told you that we loved you enough times.

If we hugged you and held you enough. If we told you how much we appreciated you enough.

Now you are pain free and we’re left painfully missing you.

Now you rest in peace and we’re restlessly thinking of all the precious memories.

Now you have eternal life and we’re eternally grateful for all your sacrifices.

We’ve explained to Wyatt that you are now our guardian Angel, so please come and visit us. Send us lots of rainbows, beautiful butterflies and sunshine through our windows.

Mom.... thank you. I don't know how we’re going to do it without you, but we’re going to make you proud. Dad, Kyle, Wyatt, John and I love and will miss you so much.
