With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Soledad “Sou Lynn” Santa Elena, a beloved mother, sister, auntie, and friend, who passed away peacefully on May 23, 2025, in San Francisco, CA.

Sou Lynn was a vibrant and loving woman who brought beauty and kindness into the lives of everyone she met. Born in Manila, Philippines, she immigrated to the U.S. at a young age, studied in Daly City, and pursued a career in Cosmetology in the Bay Area. In 1994, she became a devoted mother to her daughter, Christina Lynn, and raised her with endless love, strength, and care. She treated Christina’s friends as her own and was known for her warm heart, creativity, and generous spirit.

We are raising funds to help cover funeral expenses and honor Sou Lynn’s memory. Any donation, big or small, is deeply appreciated and will go directly toward laying her to rest with the love and dignity she deserves.
