With profound heartbreak, we share that our beloved Silva passed away on November 26, 2025, at the age of 46. After courageously fighting metastatic breast cancer, her body could no longer keep up with the relentless treatments. She faced every challenge with grace, strength, and a rare kind of beauty that radiated from the inside out.
Silva leaves behind her loving husband of 25 years, and her two sons, ages 21 and 16, who were her greatest joy and the center of her world. Losing their mother at such young and formative ages is an unimaginable pain.
Many friends have asked how they can help during this difficult time. We have created this GoFundMe to support Silva’s sons as they continue their education—helping ensure they can stay in school, pursue their goals, and carry forward the legacy of strength and resilience she instilled in them. Your support will also help ease the financial burden that now falls entirely on their father as the family navigates overwhelming grief.
Those who knew Silva describe her in ways that say everything about her character: “If there’s a person who embodies an angel on earth and radiates beauty inside and out, it’s you.” “Your kindness, loyalty, and strength are unmatched.” “I feel blessed to be in your circle — it’s a privilege.” Silva was gentle, loyal, and deeply loving. She created a sense of family wherever she went. Her loss is immeasurable, not only for her immediate family but for everyone blessed to have known and loved her.
For those wishing to pay their respects, services will be held on December 15, 2025:
- Viewing Service: 2:00 pm at St. Leon Armenian Cathedral, 3325 N Glenoaks Blvd, Burbank, CA 91504
- Graveside Service: 3:30 pm at Forest Lawn-Hollywood Hills, 6300 Forest Lawn Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90068
Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for sharing, donating, and holding Silva’s family in your prayers. Your love and generosity mean more than words can ever express.
