In Loving Memory of Sherry Xiaoyan Wang

On behalf of the Yu family, it is with great sadness we share the passing of Sherry Xiaoyan Wang, caring wife of George (Zhiguang) Yu, and beloved mother of Roserry and Marilyn. Sherry passed away in her home on September 15, 2025. Visitation will be open from 11:00 AM-1:00 PM on Monday, September 22, 2025 at Kolssak Funeral Home, 189 S. Milwaukee Ave Wheeling, IL 60090. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM in the funeral home followed by the burial service in Ridgewood Cemetery.

The donations from this fund will directly go towards the caretaking of Sherry's mother and father, who reside in China. Sherry was looking forward to retiring and going to China to take care of her family, so we will honor her legacy by continuing to do so. Sherry was the best friend, wife, mother, sister, and daughter we could have ever asked for, and she will continue to live on through us everyday, through our caring actions, our memories we share out loud, and most importantly, our hearts.
