With heavy hearts, we say goodbye to Shamarla “Asir” Hare. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and cherished friend. Shamarla’s served her country honorably as a Navy veteran. Her life was tragically cut short by a senseless act of violence. She leaves behind two beautiful children who need our love and support.
