In loving Memory of Seung Heon Park

Eunice lost her father unexpectedly in December of 2020. Most of us have probably been touched by Eunice and her father through their work. They shared important events with many of us through their business, Lucky Rice Cake. We are starting this GoFundMe to now come around Eunice and her family to provide some financial assistance so they can grieve as well as celebrate his life in peace.

"In loving memory of Seung Heon Park.

It breaks my heart to write this to let you guys know that my dad passed away on 12/15/2020 10 days before Christmas from his cardiac arrest heart attack. He was hospitalized with life support since 11/8/2020 and took his last breath on 12/15/2020 at 11:05am. Thank you to all of you who were continuously praying for his recovery.

My dad and I had a very close and special father and daughter relationship. We worked together everyday at our small business store in Koreatown called Lucky Rice Cake. We also lived together. I miss every moment of us being together every single day. 

My dad has made the best Korean rice cakes for over 15 years for many customers throughout these long years. (@luckyricecake/ @designbyeunice) He always poured out his heart and soul to every rice cake that he's ever made. We were an inseparable father and daughter duo striving to serve the best Korean rice cakes to our special customers. 

My dad's passing was unexpected and these funds will help with funeral, cemetery, and expenses that may come about. 

When I used to text my dad "I love you" He would reply "I love you forever".

Appa, I love you forever too and you will live in my heart forever.
