Scott, also known as Sou Chiang, was a generous and kind soul who loved bringing people together through cooking for friends and family. He loved fishing, camping, and spending time outdoors. Down to earth and warmhearted, Scott was always ready for a new adventure.

His passing has left an unimaginable void in the hearts of those who knew and loved him, and it has also placed his wife in a difficult financial situation during this incredibly hard time.
